Join us from 8pm on 14th May for our Annual General Meeting at Waldeck House. Everyone is welcome, but you do have to be a paid-up member to vote. If you're not sure of your membership status or your membership is out of date, please contact Robin Lovell or click here.

Secretary (Tessa Preston) must receive proposals & resolutions by 23rd April 2019

Secretary must receive nominations for election by 3rd May 2019

Agenda will be circulated by 7th May 2019

COMMITTEE POSTS

Anyone wishing to stand for election to the Committee, in which ever capacity they chose, is welcome and strongly encouraged to do so. If you feel unable to manage a full committee responsibility please consider joining our co-opted sub-committee. Your support will be invaluable. Nominations for Officers and Committee Members must be:

-Signed by a Proposer

-Signed by a Seconder

-Signed by the nominee, and

-Received by the Secretary by 3rd May 2019, accompanied by a supporting document of not more than 140 words.
