Set in the 1980s, Stags and Hens by Willy Russell (Blood Brothers, Educating Rita) is a raucous, faced paced comedy in which a bride and groom-to-be have unknowingly planned their stag and hen parties in the same tacky Liverpool club. While Dave, the groom, is spending the night with his head in the toilet, his fiancé Linda runs into an old flame and starts to doubt whether she is making the right decision.

All those cast will be expected to become a member of MDG and pay a performance fee of £20 to cover the cost of scripts and rehearsal space.

 

Rehearsals will be held at venues in Maidenhead on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, however most cast members will not be required more than 1-2 times per week until close to the performance dates, and scheduling can be flexible depending on cast availability.
